Austin Gilbane Joint Venture (AGJV) has been selected as the Construction Manager on the Mickey Leland International Terminal Project. The scope of the Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT) will consist of building a new Terminal D-West Pier with 6 new wide-body gates, constructing a new sterile corridor, and refreshing the 12 existing gates in the North Concourse (previously known as Terminal D).

Atser
ATSER is a Houston-based MBE, DBE, and SBE firm (Hispanic-owned) that was established in 1993. They specifically provide resources for construction management, project controls, quality management, estimating, geotechnical services, materials testing and engineering, environmental engineering, projects controls, quality management and construction management. ATSER is specifically focused on electronic blueprints and quantity checks as part of their quality management program.
In addition to providing several of the services that will be needed on the MLIT project, ATSER also enjoys a storied history of 25 years with Houston Airport System (HAS). The firm has completed nine projects for HAS and has also worked on two projects at DFW Airport. Specifically at HAS, ATSER’s project experience includes program and construction management services, estimating, scheduling and quality control on the $449 million IAH International Services Expansion Program and quality control inspection/testing and program management services on the $2 billion IAH general airport improvements to runways, taxiways, aprons and airside facilities. Their past experience working with Gilbane will only add to the fluidity of our core team make-up.
